We closely monitor the latest information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centres of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local Government, and adapt our office protocols to reflect the latest best practice amidst the evolving COVID-19 situation.
To ensure that we maintain a continuous state of operational readiness and functioning; employees, clients and/or visitors are requested to not attend at Faber & Allin Inc. Attorneys, if:-

they have recently been in close contact with a person diagnosed positive for COVID19; and/or
-
they are feeling unwell, which includes, but is not limited to, respiratory issues, cough, runny nose, fever, or shortness of breath.

Access to our principle office and boardroom (“the office”) is restricted to employees, clients with a confirmed consultation, and necessary services required in the office.
Appropriate Health and Hygiene protocols have been implemented in the office, more specifically: -

A separate reception area is available for general visitors and deliveries;

Appropriate social distancing measures have been implemented in the office

Employees are temperature screened daily.

Clients are temperature screened on arrival at the office.

Employees have access to adequate and compliant PPE equipment including face masks, hand sanitizer, gloves and surface disinfectant, throughout the office

Appropriate sanitizing solutions are available to clients and visitors to the office

Workspaces are sanitized and disinfected frequently

The office(s) is kept well ventilated, defogged and fumigated regularly with eco-friendly products that are SANS51276 and EN1276 certified.
If you enter the office, please follow these hygiene protocols for your safety and ours:

The wearing of a mask is required

A bathroom facility is available before entering the office, where you can wash your hands with soap and water

Sanitize your hands prior to entering the office. Hand sanitizer is available at the designated reception area and throughout the office spaces.

If you cough or sneeze, please be considerate and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards.

No shaking of hands, hugging, or touching.
