Service Description

We are committed to ‘stop the spread’ of COVID19 and our primary concern is the health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners. We closely monitor the latest information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local Government, and adapt our office policies and protocols accordingly to reflect the updated guidelines and evolving situation of COVID-19. In our strive to maintain a continuous state of operational readiness we have put in place the following measures pertaining to our physical offices, following a comprehensive risk assessment analysis: 1. Access to our general office and boardroom is restricted to employees, clients and necessary service providers, with a separate designated reception area for general visitors and deliveries 2. Employees are temperature screened daily on arrival at the office 3. Clients are temperature screened daily on arrival at the office 4. Employees are provided with adequate and compliant PPE equipment including face masks, hand sanitiser, gloves and surface disinfectant 5. Appropriate sanitising solutions are available to clients and visitors to the office 6. Appropriate social distancing measures have been implemented in the office 7. Workspaces are sanitized and disinfected frequently 8. Appropriate Health and Safety as well as Hygiene protocols have been implemented in the office 9. The office is kept well ventilated and is defogged regularly 10. We have discontinued the use of cutlery and utensils and serve all client refreshments in disposable containers. If attending at our offices for a consultation, you are required to observe the following protocols for your safety and ours: a. Please do not visit our office if you are feeling unwell. (Feeling unwell includes, but is not limited to, respiratory issues such as cough, running nose, fever, shortness of breath) b. Please do not visit our office if you have travelled to a high risk area or have tested positive for Covid19 or have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid19 in the last 21 days. c. Make use of our sanitising solutions available throughout our office spaces. d. It is compulsory to wear an appropriate face mask when attending at our office e. No shaking of hands, hugging, or touching is allowed f. Observe social distancing best practices at all times
